c. Span the third sensor (if used):
Connect the Span gas cylinder (for the species being measured by
Sensor3, for example) to the analyzer.
Span the analyzer, as described in Step 2-a, then bleed down the
Span gas and disconnect it from the analyzer.
Continue with Step 3.
3. Change the Interference Gas values (#1 and #2) back to their original
values, and click Apply.
4. Turn on Zero gas, and adjust it to original pressure, or as per recom-
mended pressure listed on the Final “As-Built” drawings.
5. Change the Flow Control to ‘0’ (Analyzer [auto] Control) and click
Apply. Click OK to return to the Setup tab, then click Save CFG
to EEPROM to permanently save the changes to the analyzer’s
EEPROM.
If the Flow Control mode has been in a mode other than auto (‘0’) for
longer than the AZero Interval (hr) duration, and you attempt to
return it to auto (by entering ‘0’ and then clicking the Apply button
next to Flow Control text field), the mode will not switch until after
the Auto-Zero Timer (AZ-0) duration, under Auto Calibration
Timers, elapses.
If the Flow Control mode is left in any mode other than ‘0’ (auto),
the message “Flow Control not in Auto” will be displayed in the
Operational Message window on the Status tab.
