4.9 Simulation or training
Press and hold
while you start the calibrator.
The calibrator will start in the simulation state.
This mode is used to train personnel. The simulation differs
from the standard setting in the following ways:
The instrument does not actually heat up or cool down the
well.
The heating and cooling processes are simulated at
exaggerated speeds.
Data is not stored in the calibrators memory.
The calibrator will remain in simulation mode until it is
switched off.
