Pedelec sluggish y Tire pressure too low. J Inate tires.
y Brakes rubbing J Adjust the brakes.
Pedelec will not switch on. . y Battery fully discharged. . J Charge the battery.
y Display shows lock,
button lock is on.
J Connect to Ampler Bike App and
unlock bike.
y Power button does not respond to
button presses.
J Contact Ampler Customer Service.
y Power button not working,
damaged or faulty.
J Contact Ampler Customer Service.
Display is not on y Bike is in shutdown mode. J Plug the charging plug into
the charging socket.
J Press the power button.
y Display not working,
damaged or faulty.

Noise when braking y Dirt, oil on the brake pads. J Check and clean brake pads.
J Replace if necessary and perform

apply a little grease, screw them
