vice to Analytik Jena AG perform a professional decontamination.
NOTICE
Analytik Jena AG must refuse acceptance of contaminated devices. The sender may be
liable for any damage caused by
inadequate decontamination of the device.
 Please clean all device components from biologically hazardous, chemical and radi-
oactive contamination (see "Disinfecting the device" p. 27).
 The decontamination protocol is provided by the service when the return is regis-
tered. Complete the form and attach the signed decontamination declaration to the
outside of the shipment.
 Only use the original packaging for the shipment and insert the transport lock.
If the original packaging is no longer available, please contact Analytik Jena AG or
your local distributor.
 Please attach the warning note
"CAUTION!
SENSITIVE ELECTRONIC DEVICE!" to the packaging.
