2 Safety instructions
2.1 Symbols and signal words used
This manual uses the following symbols and signal words to indicate hazards or in-
structions. The safety instructions are always placed before an action.
WARNING
Indicates a potentially hazardous situation. If it is not prevented death or most serious
injuries (incapacitation) can result.
WARNING
Danger of electric shock
if touched! Electrical voltages present a danger of electrical
shock.
BIOLOGICAL HAZARD
This symbol indicates that precautions must be taken when working with potentially
infectious material.
CAUTION
Indicates a potentially hazardous situation. Unles
