• Remove screws 3 on the right fork leg.
• Take o the fork protector.
• Position the fork protector on the right fork leg.
• Mount and tighten screws 1.
Guideline
Remaining screws, chassis M6 5 Nm (3,7 lbf)
• Position the fork protector on the left fork leg.
• Mount and tighten screw 2.
Guideline
Remaining screws, chassis M6 10 Nm (7,4 lbf ft)
• Position the brake line and clamp.
• Mount and tighten screws 3.

• Raise the motorcycle with a lift stand.
• Remove the front wheel. ( .49)
Main work
• Remove screws 1 and take o the clamp.
• Remove screws 2 and take o the brake caliper.
• Allow the brake caliper and brake line to hang loosely to the
side.
