4. In the plate document, select the Results tab,
then select the Spectra tab.
5. Select all wells of the plate document.
6. Inspect the raw data for irregular spectral peaks
that exceed the following fluorescent standard
units (FSU):
If one or more wells produce raw spectra that
exceed the specified FSU, the background plate
or the sample block could contain a fluorescent
contaminant. Determine the source of the
contamination. See “Troubleshooting” on
page 64.
7. Select FileClose.
