4.1 Selecting the Welding Wire
This welder is compatible with 2lb or 10lb spools of 0.023", 0.030", 0.035", or 0.040" MIG
wire. Using thicker wire will not improve welding performance on thicker materials, nor will it
increase deposition rate. Additionally, it may strain your AC power source.
Matching table of relation between welding wire, diameter, shielding gas, material
and wire feeding roll:
In synergic mode, different welding wire, diameter, shielding gas, material and wire feeding roll have
corresponding matching relationship as below table. Please select correct settings to achieve optimal
welding performance.
