5.7 FIXED SPEED FAN
The fan, positioned on the smoke hood, assures proper smoke evacuation.
The following fans are used:
- 25kW: 35W motor;
- 30kW: 45W motor.
On the fan there is a pressure intake that connected to intake “L” of the air pressure switch generates
depression.
5.7.1 Post-ventilation
The fan carries out a post-ventilation:
40 seconds (after a shutdown 5 01 and 1 03);
20 seconds (after blocking caused when the check reveals that there is no water circulation1 03, 1 04, 1
05, 1 06 ed 1 07),
10 seconds (after safety shutdown caused when the check reveals that there is no water circulation1 P1, 1
P2 end 1 P3);
Post-ventilation after heating request:
parameter 2 43= 0 5 seconds (each time the burner is turned off);
parameter 2 43= 1 3 minutes (each time the burner is turned off).
Post-ventilation after sanitary request:
parameter 2 54= 0 Tflow<75°C = no post-ventilation; Tflow>75°C = 3 min;
parameter 2 54= 1 fix 3 min.
5.8 EXHAUSTIC CONTROL (CF open chamber)
Supplying the card, the control system of proper combusted smoke exhaust is carried out by means of an
automatic reset thermostat. “Fume protection” enabling stops the boiler on safety and it will be displayed on
the control panel with the relevant error code 6 01
This intervention can be caused by:
A thermostat temperature raise, the fume enabling threshold is 75±3°C.
After 12 minutes after restoring the fumes thermostat the protection will be automatically disabled.
Timing can be zeroed by the ON/OFF electric supply of the card.
