Preset proles
The Preset proles are in the Advanced exercise category.
These are variable workouts in which the eort level specied by the user and calculated with the tness test is managed. You should therefore do the tness
test rst and perform the exercise at an eort level that is no higher than the recommended one.
The heart rate monitor is not needed for preset proles workouts.
To start the exercise:
- select a prole;
- select a goal, time, distance or calories;
- set the goal value;
- set the eort level.
If the eort level or goal value are changed during the exercise, the change will apply to the parameters of the remaining prole and not to the single step
in progress.
