      If your ATEN Switch is behaving erratically, here are a few things you can check: * Ensure the unit is receiving enough power. Use a DC 5V power adapter if you aren't already. If you are using one, verify it matches the system specifications and is properly plugged in and functioning. * Try resetting the keyboard and mouse by unplugging their cables from the console ports and plugging them back in. * Check the cable connecting the switch to the computer to ensure it's properly connected. * As a last resort, power off all devices, including the KVM switch, wait five seconds, and then power everything back up.
