Regularly check the oil level. To do this, press the stop button (9). Three minutes after stopping, sight glass
(Gl) should be between 1/4 and 3/4 full.
If the oil level is too low, press the emergency stop button (10), close the air outlet valve and open (if
provided) the manual condensate drains. Next, depressurize the oil system by unscrewing oil filler plug
(FC) one turn and wait a few minutes. Remove the plug and top up oil, until the sight glass is full. Fit and
tighten the filler plug.

On compressors with an Elektronikon® controller, unlock the emergency stop button (10) and press the
reset button (5) before restarting.
On compressors with an Elektronikon® Graphic controller, unlock the emergency stop button (10), select
the STOP icon on the display and press reset before restarting.
Air filter
Especially if the compressor is installed in a dusty environment, inspect the air filter element regularly.
Replace when necessary. See also Preventive maintenance schedule for periodic replacement instructions.
Drains
Regularly check that condensate is discharged during operation. See section. The amount of condensate
depends on environmental and working conditions.
