NEVER OPERATE THE MACHINE OR MOVE PERSONNEL NEAR ELECTRICAL
CABLES OR EQUIPMENT.
ALWAYS ASSUME THAT ELECTRICAL CABLES AND APPLIANCES ARE ENERGISED
UNLESS YOU ARE CERTAIN THAT THE POWER HAS BEEN CUT.
THE GROUND PERSONNEL MUST REMAIN A SAFE DISTANCE FROM THE MACHINE
IF IT IS USED NEAR ELECTRICAL POWER LINES OR ENERGISED EQUIPMENT.
IN CASE OF CONTACT WITH A POWER LINE OR ENERGISED EQUIPMENT, GROUND
PERSONNEL MUST NOT APPROACH THE MACHINE UNTIL THE ELECTRICAL
POWER SUPPLY HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED.
2.4. ELECTROCUTION HAZARDS
• This machine is not insulated and does not
provide protection from contact or proximity to
electrical current.
• Maintain safe clearance from power lines
(exposed or insulated) or energised devices. The
Minimum Safe Approach Distances indicated in
the table are provided as a guide. This
requirement shall apply except where
governmental or local site regulations are more
stringent.
• Allow for machine movement and possible
electrical line swaying.
• Never elevate the platform during a thunderstorm
or lightning storm.
