We are now going to assemble the rear insert plate that
holds the Large Power Supply Capacitors.
Start by placing the capacitor clamps as shown in the
picture and then secure into position over the holes in the
plates with the M4 10mm screws and M4 nuts.
Make sure you install on the GOOD side with the
countersunk screw holes (shown with red arrows in the
picture opposite).
Here you can see some of the capacitors that can be used
here in these positions.
The black capacitor on the left has LUGS on it that we will
screw a lug to whereas the orange cap to the right we will
solder to.
Here you can see the 2 capacitors installed on the rear
insert plate.
Use the M3 16mm pan screw and M3 nut to secure each
clamp.
