On the top side of the Insert plate you can see the 4-pin
and 8-pin valve bases installed.
Note the orientation of the 300B valve base with the small
pins towards the edge of the chassis.
The 8-pin valve base has the notch facing towards the
left edge of the chassis.
The blue arrows show the fixing screw positions for the
valve bases.
The red arrows show the position of the 6mm CSK screws
used to support the TAG strip – they screw into hexagonal
spacers below.
Note on the underside of the board the hex spacers in
position.
Install the prepared TAG strip into position and secure with
M3 6mm pan screws.
