3 Control and Display Elements, Connections
3.1 AVL DiTEST Speed 2000
Power supply socket of the AVL DiTEST Speed 2000. When an AVL
exhaust gas tester is connected, no external power supply is needed -
the AVL DiTEST Speed 2000 is powered by the AVL exhaust gas
tester.
Switching operating mode from car or truck to 4- or 2-stroke
motorcycle.
Connection bar for inductive trigger clamp
(issues a simulated ignition voltage signal, gasoline engine speed
measurement).
Connection socket for AVL exhaust gas tester or universal adapter
(issues a simulated clamp-on transducer signal, diesel engine speed
measurement).
Connection socket for AVL Dual Sensor.
Status LEDs (red, yellow and green)
Speed detection control (mounting point).
