There are two ways to download the System restore key:
To download the System restore key in AXIS Body Worn Manager:
Important
You can unlock a camera, that for security reasons is locked, and can't be used in the system.
To unlock cameras, you need to enter the Super admin passphrase that you created during
the system setup.
To unlock a camera:
Download System restore key
The System restore key is generated and downloaded during the system setup.
You can also download a System restore key at any time in AXIS Body Worn Manager
1. Go to Support > System restore key.
2. Click Download System restore key.
3. Enter the Super admin passphrase that you created in the system setup.
4. Click Download and store the System restore key in a secure location.
The System restore key is passphrase protected.
Always store the System restore key and the Super admin passphrase in a secure
way.
Unlock cameras
1. Go to Dashboard .
2. Open the camera with status Locked.
3. Enter your Super admin passphrase.
4. Click Unlock.
