d Recall key Touch this key to recall pattern drawing data (.pm9) created with IQ
Designer from the machine’s memory, USB media, or SD card.

e Line tool key Draw lines and set the color. You can select the line type, stitch type
and color as you need.
Touch to pick up the color and stitch type from a line in the
pattern within the pattern drawing area. The picked-up color is shown
as the currently selected line color in the color bar and the Line
Property screen.

f Brush tool key Paint with brush and set the color. You can select the brush type, fill
type and color as you need. Painted lines and areas will be converted
to the pattern embroidered with fill stitch.
Touch to pick up the color and fill type from a region in the
pattern within the pattern drawing area. The picked-up color is shown
as the currently selected region color in the color bar and the Region
Property screen.

g Erase key Touch this key to erase lines and shapes that have been drawn. You
can select the size/shape of the eraser.

h Stamp key Touch this key to select the stamp shape for pattern drawing. 156

j Rotate key Touch this key to rotate the selected section. 156
k Mirror image key Touch this key to create a mirror image of the selected pattern. —
l Duplicate key Touch this key to duplicate the selected section. The temporarily
positioned section can immediately be rotated, enlarged, reduced or
moved.

m Cut key Touch this key to cut out the selected section. —
n Paste key Touch this key to paste in the selected section duplicated with the
duplicate key or a selected section using the cut key.

o Next key Touch this key to continue to the stitch settings screen. —
p Memory key Touch this key to save the pattern drawing data (.pm9). —
q Select key Touch this key to select a section for moving, copying, deleting,
changing size and rotating lines and shapes that have been drawn.

r Redo key Touch this key to redo the operation that was undone with the undo
key. Each touch of this key will redo one operation.

s Undo key Touch this key to undo the last operation that was performed and
return to the previous state. Each touch of this key will undo one
operation.

t All Clear key Touch this key to clear all the lines and shapes and start from the
beginning. The background image is also cleared.

u Cancel key Touch this key to exit from IQ Designer. All lines and shapes are erased
when you touch this key.
