MACV-1,andMACI-1Controllers.ThescreenlayoutsforMAC16N-1andMAC16P-1
arefunctionallythesameanddonotneedtobeshownseparately.
PSFcommandsarelocatedinthelowerrightcornerofthePSFConfigurationscreen.
Sending a PSF to the Controller
AfteraPSFisconfiguredbytheselectionsmade(above),thePSFissenttothe
MINI-ARRAYcontrollerbyselectingSend PSF.ThiscommandloadsthePSFintothe
controller’snon-volatilememoryandautomaticallyoverwritesanyexistingPSF.The
programwillconfirmthatthePSFwasaccepted,oritwillpromptforchangesthatare
stillrequired.
Retrieving a PSF from the Controller
TocheckthePSFthatiscurrentlyloadedintothecontroller,selectUpload PSF.The
currentPSFwillbedisplayedonthePSFConfigurationscreen.
Saving a PSF to Disk
ToplacethedisplayedPSFintoafilethatcanberetrievedatanytime,selectFile
Save PSF
.WhenpromptedwhethertosavethePSFtoafile,selectYes.Asubscreen
titledFileSavewillappear(Figure5-20).Overtype*.psfintheFile Nameentryboxby
enteringthenameofthefiletobestored(upto8characters),plusthe.psfextension,
andthenselectOKorpresstheEnterkey.
Forexample,typethenameInspect1.psf,andselectOK.ThePSFisstoredonthe
selecteddrive(defaultisC:),andtheprogramautomaticallyreturnstothePSF
Configurationscreen.
