MURPHY POWER VIEW OPERATION
The Power View is a multifunction display that is tied in directly to the engine protection system. It is used to display
engine operating parameters and to show active fault codes as well as fault code history. A list of fault codes follows
this section. There are three different levels of fault codes displayed by the Power View. A symbol indicates an
auxiliary gage fault, meaning the engine is within standard operating specifications but a gage has failed. It is safe to
continue operation of the loader but the gage should be replaced as soon as possible. A symbol indicates a
fault warning, meaning the engine is out of standard operating specifications. It is safe to continue operation but
adjustments should be made to allow engine to go back to standard operating specifications. A symbol indicates
a shutdown or derate condition, meaning the engine is out of standard operating specifications to the extent that
extended operation could result in engine damage. The Power View will display a shut down message and derate the
power/speed of the engine until standard conditions are met.

the shutdown option using the Insite service tool.
The following are parameters that can be selected to be displayed through the custom setup menu (all items are
always monitored), some items are not applicable and will give a zero reading.
