6.3 Troubleshooting
Malfunction
Possible cause
Remedy
No power supply to
gauging unit
 Mains cable is not plugged in or is defective
 Mains switch is off
 Residual-current circuit-breaker / fuse in
switch cabinet has tripped
 No supply voltage
 Connect
operational mains cable
 Switch on at the mains
 Activate circuit-breaker /
fuses
 Restore supply voltage (qual-
ified personnel only)
No network connection to
gauging unit
 Network cable is not plugged in or
is defective
 IP address not configured
 No power supply at switch
 Switch defective
 Connect operational network

 Configure IP address
 Check 24V supply in
switch cabinet
 Replace switch
No compressed air supply
