Cylinders and Pistons
Disassembly of
the
cylinder and
the
piston:
3rd
stage
•
Unscrew off the fanwheel (1).
•
Unscrew off the nuts (2) with a 10 mm wrench.
•
Remove the cylinder (3). (see fig. 13).
•
Push out the piston bush with the piston
(4)
from
the upper part of the cylinder (3).
Caution: Never turn the crankshaft when the cylin-
ders are disassembled. Can cause damage!
Disassemble the guide piston when the flywheel and
the bearing cap have been removed.

Devisser le ventilateur (1).
•
Devisser les 4 ecrous (2) a l'aide d'une cle
de 10 mm.
•
Enlever
le
cylindre (3). (Vair ill 13).
•
Faire sortir la
boTte
a piston et le piston
(4)
de la partie superieure
du
cylindre (3).
Attention: Ne plus tourner le vilebrequin lorsque les
cylindres sont demontes. Risque de deterioration!
Effectuer
le
demontage du piston de guidage apres
avoir enleve la poulie
a gorge et
le
chapeau de palier.
