Driving gear and crankcase
Disassembly of the frame:
• Remove V-beld cover and V-belt.
• Remove fan shroud.
• Unscrew the aftercooler from the filter housing
(Triplex).
• Unscrew cooling fan (1) and counterweight (2),
pull off the counterweight. Take off the woodruff
key
(9).
• Remove the belt pulley (3) by unscrewing the
hexagon socket with a 6 mm wrench and
pulling it off.
• Unscrew the four hexagon sockets with a 6 mm
wrench and one nut with a 13 mm wrench from
the frame and remove the frame from the
crankcase.
• Take off the curved washer
(7).
• Remove the bearing cover (5).
Note: Now the 3rd stage guide piston can be re-
moved without problems:
• Set piston to bottom dead center.
• Remove the piston snap ring with the snap ring
pliers.
• Push out the piston pin after having removed the
cover screw (8) of the assembly boring.
• Take off the piston.
For assembly proceed in reverse order.

Embiellage - carter
Demontage de l'embiellage:
• Enlever le couvercle de la courroie trapezoidale
ainsi-que la courroie.
• Enlever le conduit de refroidissement d'air.
• Devisser le refroidisseur final du corps de filtre
(Triplex).
• Devisser le ventilateur (1) et le contre-poids (2),
retirer le contre-poids. Enlever la clavette
incurvee
(9).
• Demonter la poulie a gorge (3) Pour cela, de-
visser aussi la vis a six pans creux a l'aide
d'une cle de 6 mm et retirer la poulie a gorge (3).
• Devisser les 4 vis a six pans creux a l'aide d'une
cle de 6 mm et un ecrou du cadre a l'aide d'une
cle de 13 mm et enlever
le cadre du carter.
• Enlever la clavette incurvee
(7).
• Enlever le chapeau de palier (5).
Remarque: le piston de guidage du 3eme etage peut
etre enleve desormais sans aucun probleme:
• Mettre
le piston au point mart inferieur.
• Retirer la bague de retenue du piston a l'aide de
la pince pour bagues de retenue.
• Faire sortir l'axe de piston apres avoir retire la
vis de fermeture (8) de l'alesage de montage.
• Enlever le piston.
Le montage s'effectue dans l'ordre inverse de celui
du demontage.
