APPENDIX B - CHECKLISTS
The use of checklists serves documentation purposes and guides in the implementation
of a safety system. The checklists reproduced in this chapter serve to prevent errors and
must be processed carefully for every project. It is also required to make copies of the
printed checklists.
No claim is made that the checklists are complete. There may be additional requirements
depending on the specific plant.
