(8) Remove two bolts from the stationary ring to cyclic
link.
(9) Remove two bolts from the cyclic link to cyclic
lever.
(10) Remove two bolts from the cyclic lever to servo.
(11) Remove one bolt from the collective lever to idler
link.
(12) Remove one bolt from the Idler link to support.
(13) Remove one bolt from the collective lever to servo.
(14) Remove three bolts from servo to servo actuator
support.
b. Clean the bolts with a cloth dampened with MEK
(C-309).
c. Examine the bolts for damage to the threads, wear on
the shank and corrosion. Replace damaged bolts.
Chapter 62 d. Apply a film of corrosion preventive compound (C-104)
to the bolt shanks only. Install the bolts.
e. Following bolt(s) installation, torque and safety the
bolts. Coat the bolt heads and nuts with corrosion preventive
compound (C-101).
MAIN ROTOR MAST
BHT-430-CR&O-2 1. Examine the main rotor mast internally for corrosion. (R1)

2. Examine the main rotor mast externally for corrosion as
follows:
a. Remove the main rotor blades.
b. Disassemble main rotor hub assembly to extent
required to allow inspection of main rotor mast flange and upper
spline area. Both yoke assemblies must be removed.
