NOTES:
1.Bearing P/N 222-344-606-101 is replaced by bearing P/N 222-344-606-103.
2.Hanger bearings P/N 222-344-606-103 have a 3 year shelf life from date of manufacture.
New bearings will have the manufacturing/grease pack date marked on the face of the bearing outer ring
and on the seal faces. Bearing must be put in service within the 3 year shelf life/grease expiration date;
otherwise the bearing is unserviceable and must be scrapped.
3.Hanger assembly P/N 222-044-003-113 replaces hanger assembly P/N 222-044-003-109.
4.Hanger assembly P/N 222-044-003-115 replaces hanger assembly P/N 222-044-003-111.
5.All hanger assemblies including bearing P/N 222-344-606-103 have an overhaul requirement of 3000 hours.
6.A tag must be attached to any uninstalled hanger (or a bearing). The tag must specify the hanger bearing
part number, serial number and bearing grease expiration date. The expiration date is written in two-digit
form, (e.g. 02/97 – month/year).
7.Replacement of P/N 222-344-606-101 bearing with P/N 222-344-606-103 bearing, upgrades hanger
assemblies P/N 222-044-003-109 and P/N 222-044-003-111 to P/N 222-044-003-113 and P/N
222-044-003-115 hanger assemblies respectively.
