Changing the needle
> Switch off the machine and disconnect it from the power supply.
> Raise the presser foot.
> Raise the needle.
> Loosen the fixing screw (1) using the screwdriver.

> Pull the needle out in a downward direction.
> Hold the new needle (2) with the flat side to the rear. Push the needle upwards into the needle holder as
far as it will go (3).

> Tighten the fixing screw by hand.
Adjusting the needle position
> Raise the needle.
> Use a recommended presser foot.
