> Lower the presser foot at the start of the zipper so that the spiral is guided through the right presser foot
groove.
> Sew and close the right-hand half of the zipper from top to bottom up to the slider.
> Close zipper.
> Pin the left-hand half of the zipper with its right side against the right side of the left-hand fabric. The
spiral points away from the edge of the fabric.
> Open the zipper completely.
> Lower the presser foot at the start of the zipper so that the spiral is guided through the left presser foot
groove.
> Sew and close the left-hand half of the zipper from top to bottom up to the slider.
> Remove the sewing material from the machine.
> Close zipper.
> Place the two right sides of the fabric against each other. Fold the ends of the zipper outwards as far as it
would go.
