What to do if Big Joe Forklifts truck and hydraulic system will not operate?
    • D
      Destiny WarnerJul 29, 2025
If your Big Joe Forklifts truck and hydraulic system won't operate, start by checking the fuse and replacing it if necessary. Also, verify the battery connections and voltage. If those are fine, bypass the keyswitch to see if it's malfunctioning. Finally, inspect the wiring for any open circuits and repair them as needed, as a blown fuse, dead or disconnected battery, defective keyswitch, or defective wiring could be the cause.

If your Big Joe Forklifts truck doesn't move forward or reverse, begin by tightening any loose wiring connections. Why is there trouble with braking on my Big Joe E30?
    • B
      Brandon ConleySep 12, 2025
If you're experiencing trouble with braking on your Big Joe Forklifts, check the deadman switch for continuity and replace it if no continuity is found when the control arm is in the brake position. Also, consider replacing the electric brake. If the brake temperature is above 281???F (140? C), allow it to cool. Additionally, make voltage checks to identify any open brake circuitry or wiring. The cause could be a defective deadman switch or electric brake, high brake temperature, or open brake circuitry/wiring.
