E30 Digital Electrocardiograph User’s Manual
5-5
Report info in each mode is different, the description hereinafter is being
written according to the most comprehensive info.
A. Patient info contains:
Patient number (ID), name, age, gender, height, weight, blood pressure,
race, room number and medicine in use.
B. Measurement info includes:
——HR (heart rate);
——P time limit (average of P wave time limit of average heart beat of many
leads);
——PR time limit (average of PR interphase of average heart beat of many
leads);
——QRS time limit (average of QRS wave time limit of average heart beat of
many leads);
——QT/QTC interphase (average of QT interphase of average heart beat of
many leads/ normalized QT interphase);
——P/QRS/T ECG axis (ECG axis refers to the dominant direction of average
integrated ECG vector on face);
——RV5/SV1 amplitude (maximum amplitude in R and R’waves of average
heart beat of lead V5/ maximum of absolute amplitude value in S and S’
waves of average heart beat of lead V1);
——RV5+SV1 amplitude (sum of RV5 and SV1);
——RV6/SV2 amplitude (maximum amplitude in R and R’waves of average
heart beat of lead V6/ maximum of absolute amplitude value in S and S’waves
of average heart beat of lead V2).
C. Diagnosis information: Result of automatic diagnosis is displayed.
Caution:
The users should pay attention to the following aspects during
measurement and analysis of ECG waveform:
When the interference of EMG or AC power is comparatively big, the
identification of P wave and Q wave is unreliable sometimes; due to
baseline drift, the identification of ST section and T wave is possibly
unreliable.
The terminal positions of S wave and T wave are curved and unclear,
resulting in measurement errors sometimes.
