[Description]
The parameters set by this command will be valid even after the printer is restarted.
This command is used for selecting permission of orientation control by black mark and used for setting the
beginning print-position offset or tearing/cutting position offset from black mark. This value is calculated by
dots number.
The parameters of this command are shown as follows:
pL+ (pH×256) =4, that is: pL=4, pH=0
