5.5 Product holder
VS12D
When placing the product on the carriage,
the product holder can be lifted up to its un-
stable equilibrium.
For slicing purposes, the product holder is
set on top or behind the product.

The products holder with movable prongs
can be locked and unlocked for loading the
product.
For slicing purposes, the product holder is
placed behind the product.
Can be removed for cleaning.
