11 Mounting instruction new CPSU board in old LBB 3310/00
The CPSU board layout and mounting holes of the ‘Bosch’ version is different from the old ‘Philips’ one.
In case a new model ‘Bosch’ CPSU board have to be mounted in an old ‘Philips’ LBB 3310/00, follow the modification
instructions explained below.
11.1 Needed tools and parts
Tools:
- Drilling machine, screwdriver and socket spanner 3 mm.
- Drill 3.2 mm.
- Countersink drill.
- Alu or plastic sheet for drilling template.
Fixing material:
- 3x countersunk-head screw M3 x 8 or 10 mm.
- 3x distance bush 3.2 x 5 mm.
- 3x washer 3.2 mm.
- 3x nut M3.
11.2 Drilling instructions
1. Make a drilling template according the dimensional sketch. Use the indicated reference hole ‘B’ for the
dimensioning of the new holes to be drilled.
2. Place the drilling template over the existing studs in the bottom housing.
3. Drill the 3 holes.
4. Mount the new CPSU board in the bottom housing with the listed fixing material.
