40.0 Help Function Keys and Duress Parameters
The parameters in this section configure the keypad’s Help Function keys and the Duress function for all keypads and areas.
Each key has 16 characters of programmable text that is displayed when the key is activated as follows.
To activate the function assigned to the Help Function Keys, press and hold (1 second at least) the following keypad
combinations:
• [1]+[3] keys
• [4]+[6] keys
• [7]+[9] keys

Use this parameter to assign areas to the keypad Help Function Keys. The keys report as follows:
• [1]+[3] keys reports as Zone 100 for all Areas
• [4]+[6] keys reports as Zone 101 for all Areas
• [7]+[9] keys reports as Zone 102 for all Areas
