7.2. Errors in the EASY monitoring
When working with a split neutral electrode, the following errors may
occur:

“Monopolar Coag” 9.
X Check the neutral
electrode and the
neutral electrode
cable; see Chapter
EASY neutral
electrode monitoring

X Check the neutral
electrode cable for
proper contact and
external damage.
Switches from green to
continuous red
Loosening electrode An acoustic signal sounds.
The corresponding “INF” –
“xxx” message appears.
The device's electronics
system switches off the
monopolar outputs of the
connection sockets 36 and
40.
X Correct the position of
the neutral electrode.
In the case of
continuing error
messages, replace
the neutral electrode.
