Error Messages
Error Messages
When the error light on the printer is lit, refer to the Brady Express Labels app to see the error message.
Most error messages provide some instruction to resolve the issue. Use the table below to find additional
information included in this manual.
Error Message Related Information
The cutter is jammed Follow the instructions in the error message. Also
see “Labels are jammed in the printer” on
page 25.
The supply cartridge is not loaded
correctly, missing, or not a Brady
Authentic cartridge.
