What to do if I can’t find ES device in Brainboxes Switch Device Manager?

If you cannot find the ES device in Boost.LAN Device Manager, ensure the device is powered on and correctly connected to the network. Check the Ethernet and status LED behavior. If Windows Firewall is enabled, ensure Brainboxes Boost.LAN Suite is set as an exception, along with any other custom firewalls. If you have a proxy server, verify Boost.LAN is on the exceptions list. When connecting through a router, confirm that port forwarding is enabled.
