A Microscope Adapter Set consists of:
• A microscope adapter ①
• A Microscope Tracking Array ②
Brainlab support will mount the specific microscope adapter to the microscope case. The
microscope adapter is permanently attached to the microscope case and should not be removed.
Warning
Do not loosen the attachment screws between the microscope adapter and the optical
head. Contact Brainlab support if the microscope adapter has been removed or
repositioned.
Do not remove and re-attach or reposition the microscope adapter after the microscope
has been calibrated. This will cause the virtual microscope pointer and all related views to
be inaccurate.
