TRACTOR STORAGE
DAILY STORAGE
1. Change the engine oil and run the en-
gine to circulate oil throughout the en-
gine parts all for about 5 minutes.
2. Drain the coolant from the radiator.
After draining the coolant, fasten a
tag of "No coolant, do not start" to
the steering wheel. If there is an-
ti-freeze in the cooling system, it is
not necessary to drain it.
3. Check the bolts and nuts for loose-
ness, and tighten if necessary.

according to the maintenance
chart.
5. Apply a slight coat of grease or
oil onto the tractor parts where is
easy to be rust such as bare metal
surface.
6.Inatethetirestoapressurealit-
tle higher than usual.
7. Detach the weights and detach or
lower the attached implement on
the ground.
1. Store the tractor after cleaning it.
Especially, clean it thoroughly af

ter harrowing or working in a wet
eld.
2. Be sure to lower the implement.
3. Store it indoors if possible. If it
should be kept outside, cover it.
LONG-TERM STORAGE
4. Remove the battery from the trac-
tor in winter and store it indoors
for easy starting.
5. Add anti-freeze to the tractor in
winter season in order to prevent
the radiator from freezing.
6. Remove the ignition key and store
it separately.
Clean the tractor thoroughly and
store it as follows:
8. Place chocks behind and in front
of the rear wheels.
9. Remove the battery from the
tractor or disconnect the (-) ca-
ble from the battery.
10. When storing the tractor for a
long period of time, make sure to
put the clutch pedal in the disen-
gaging position. If not, the clutch
disccanbestucktotheywheel
after a long period time.
11. Put wooden props under the
tires to protect them.
12. Recharge the battery every two
months during a long-term stor-
age.
13. Store it in a dry place to avoid
rain or snow and cover the body.
14. Replace the worn or damaged
parts.
15. Put all controls into the neutral
position.
16. Install the cover to the exhaust
pipe.
When operating the tractor in
an enclosed area, ventilate the
area to release exhaust gas
to the outside. Exhaust gas is
colorless and not visible, but
is harmful.
