5 Putting into operation

5.17 Attaching and removing evaporating asks
Evaporating asks are available in dierent types and sizes to meet all kinds of application require-
ments. However, the maximal load on the rotational ange must not exeed 20 kg!
!
CAUTION
Risk of minor or moderate injury by heavy weight of the evaporating ask.
Clean and dry the exterior of the ask before installation and removal
Lift the ask carefully and avoid overexertion
Do not drop the ask
Savely support the ask at handling
Savely store the ask onto a matching ask ring or holder
Keep limbs out of crushing zone
!
WARNING
Risk of serious burns by hot heating bath content.
Do not drop any parts into the heating bath
Wear protective clothes against hot liquid spills

Drive down the heating bath.

Support the evaporating ask by hand or with the optional ‘Manual ask handler’ (order no.
41400). Lift the lever of the snap ange. See also section 5.18 for correct adjustment of the
lever tension!

Swivel out the right half of the snap ange.
