The Info/Error LED blinks red to indicate an error.
The error may be identied by the pattern of blinking.
Note: The error may also be viewed from NAS Navigator2.
Error code Descriptions
E00 MPU is abnormal; no power. Contact Bualo tech support for assistance.
E01 DRAM data line is abnormal. Contact Bualo tech support for assistance.
E02 DRAM address line is abnormal. Contact Bualo tech support for assistance.
E03 RTC chip is abnormal. Contact Bualo tech support for assistance.
E04 Kernel extraction failed. Contact Bualo tech support for assistance.
E14 The RAID array cannot be mounted. Turn o power, then turn power on again.
If the same error is displayed, re-congure RAID. And if the same error is displayed again, contact
Bualo tech support for assistance.
E15 Hard drive I/O error. Contact Bualo tech support for assistance.
E16 The hard drive is not connected, or data transfer has failed. Check your hard drive status. If the error

Place Status
10s place The LED illuminates for 1 second every 0.3 seconds.
The number of ashes is the tens place of the error code.
1s place The LED illuminates for 0.5 seconds every 0.3 seconds.
