■ Do not allow minors to touch or use the charge device.
■ Maximum ambient temperature: 50℃.
■ Do not drop the charge device, do not move it by pulling the cable directly; handle it
gently, and store it in a cool place.
■ When charge in a rain, please pay attention to the protection of the charge device to
avoid any water ingress.
■ When the charge is faulty or abnormal, please stop the charge immediately and
contact BYD Auto Authorized Service Station.
■ Do not open and close any electrical device hatch on the car.
Charge post single-phase AC charge
Connect the car to AC charge post with AC charge device, or connect the car to AC charge
post with a charge plug of the single-phase AC charge post for AC charge.
Instant charge method:
1. Unlock the car and press the
charging cap opening switch to
open the charging port cover on the
front grille. Slide the charging port
cover upward by a hand, and open
the hatch and protective cover of
AC charge outlet (see the opening
method of hatch and protective
cover for household single-phase
AC charge outlet);
2. Connect the car plug attached on
the charge post to the car outlet; if a
seven-core to seven-core charge
connector is used, connect the
power plug to the power outlet of
the charge post.
3. Start the charge in accordance with the charge device instructions;
4. The charge connection indicator on the dashboard will be turned on ;
5. During charge process, the relevant charge parameters and the charge image will be
displayed on the dashboard at the same time;
6. The charge will be ended when the car is unlocked, the charge device is set or the
battery is fully charged;
