■ The car has a smart charge function, so the negative terminal of the battery cannot be
disconnected when your car is parked for a long time.
■ When the battery power is too low, it can be charged with the power battery.
● An automatic start may occur during long-term storage of the car. It is a normal
control procedure for smart charge, but not a fault.
● The electric energy for smart charge comes from the power battery, so SOC may be
reduced when the smart charge is performed, which is a normal phenomenon, but
not a fault.
Charging port electric lock control function
In order to prevent theft of the charge gun during charge or discharge process, the
charging port has an anti-theft function during charge and discharge process; the function
is activated by default and can be cancelled in the steps as follows:
Multimedia control (if fitted)
1. The user can press the [Settings] -
[Vehicle] - [Lock] on the multimedia
touchscreen to enter the relevant
setting interface.
2. Enter the “Charging port electric
lock immobilizer working mode”
and select the electric lock working
mode as “ON".
Dashboard control (if fitted)
1. Open the instrument menu, select
the vehicle settings interface, and
select “Charging port electric
immobilizer” function in the level-2
menu “Lock”.
