defroster/demister function and also the A/C. No matter the compressor control button
is operated or not, the A/C is turned on.
Temperature adjustment
Press the right arrow on the display screen to increase the temperature setting and
press the left arrow to reduce the temperature setting.
The “LO” is displayed when the minimum temperature setting is reached and the “Hi”
is displayed when the maximum temperature setting is reached.
When the temperature setting reaches lower limit (Lo) or upper limit (Hi), the system
runs under full-power cooling (The turn-on of front A/C is required) or full-power
heating mode.
A/C status display
The A/C status display icon displays the current A/C status (Air vent mode and fan
speed).
Press this icon to enter the A/C operation interface on the multimedia display screen.
Full-power A/C button
Press the full-power cooling button to run the A/C under full-power cooling mode.
The compressor is turned on, the temperature setting is automatically adjusted to LO, the
fan speed is automatically adjusted to maximum fan speed, the internal recirculation mode
is selected, and the instrument vent mode is selected. Press this button again to run the
A/C under automatic mode.
Compressor control button and
Press the compressor control button to turn on the A/C compressor. In such case, the icon
turns on and the compressor starts to run under cooling mode. Press this button again to
turn off the A/C compressor. In such case, the icon turns off and the compressor stops
working.
Internal/external recirculation button and
Press the internal/external recirculation button. The recirculation mode is turned from
external recirculation icon to internal recirculation icon and the internal recirculation mode
is selected. In such case, press this button again. The recirculation mode is turned from
internal recirculation icon to external recirculation icon and the external recirculation mode
is selected.
Rear windscreen (if fitted)/Exterior rearview mirror defroster (if fitted) button
Press the rear windscreen (if fitted)/exterior rearview mirror defroster (if fitted) button
to run the rear windscreen/exterior rearview mirror demister.
The power switch must be at “OK” position.
The thin electric heating wire on the inner surface of rear windscreen will rapidly make
clear the windscreen. The indicator lamp turns on when the demister is working.
