● The standard tire pressure value label is attached to the driver door frame.
■ When the tire pressure is checked each time, must check the tire for damage, foreign
objects penetration and wear.
● Check the sides of the tire for damage or bulging. In any case of abnormity, must
replace the tire.
● If there are scratches, cracks or breaks on the side of the tire, must replace it.
Replace the tires
■ The inside of the tire tread is
marked with a wear mark. When
the tread is worn to this position, a
strip mark across the tire will be
viewed, which indicates that the
remaining tire thickness is less than
1.6mm; in this case, the tire
adhesion on a slippery road is too
small.
■ If there are three or more wear
marks on the tire tread, must
replace it.
■ In addition to proper inflation, the proper wheel alignment can also reduce the tread
wear.
■ If the tire is worn unevenly, it is recommended to contact BYD Auto Authorized Service
Station to check the wheel alignment status.
■ The tire balance has been performed before leaving the factory, but after a period of
driving, it may be required for re-balance.
■ If a certain continuous vibration is felt when driving at a higher speed (80km/h) but is
not felt at low speed, it is recommended to contact BYD Auto Authorized Service
Station for the tire inspection.
■ If a tire has been repaired, it must be re-balanced.
■ When installing a new tire, it must be balanced.
