ACD (Automatic Call Distribution)
ACD is often used in offices for customer service, such as call center. The ACD system handles large
volumes of incoming calls from callers who have no need to talk to a specific person but who require
assistance from any of multiple persons at the earliest opportunity. ACD on the IX-C62 IP phone
allows the ACD system to distribute large volumes of incoming calls to the registered ACD users. To
use this feature, you should configure an ACD key in advance.
Note:
The ACD features is made for Broadsoft Server specially, it can switch the log in/log out in ACD
system.
To configure an ACD key via phone user interface:
1. Press Menu –> Features -> Function Keys.
2. Select desired Line Key or Memory Key.
3. Press or , or the Switch soft key to select ACD from the Type field.
4. Select the account you want to use BLF list with in Account ID field, or leave it “auto”.
5. Press Save soft key.
To configure an ACD key via web user interface:
1. Login the web GUI of IP phone.
2. Click on Function Keys .
3. Select desired Line Key or Memory Key.
