Voice Mail
You can leave voice mails for someone else using the SIP-T27P IP phone. You can also listen to voice
mails that are stored in a voice mailbox. You can let the power indicator LED flash red（Setting ->
Preference -> LED Status Setting）when there is a new voice mail, and the LCD screen will prompt
“Voice Mail(s) n New” (“n” indicates the number of unread voice mails, e.g., Voice Mail 1 New).
To leave a voice mail:
You can leave a voice mail for someone else when he/she is busy or inconvenient to answer the call.
Follow the voice prompt from the system server to leave a voice mail, and then hang up.
To view voice mails:
1. Press Menu –> Messages -> Voice Mail -> View Voice Mail.
2. Press Enter soft key.
To listen to voice mails:
You can dial the voice mail access code from server side to enter voicemail menu, then follow the
voice prompt to listen to your voice mails.
