4. Select ACD in Type field and Enter the phone number or extension you want to monitor in the
Value field.
5. Select the account you want to use BLF list with in Account field, or leave it “auto”.
5. Click SaveSet.
SMS (Short Message Service)
You can send and receive SMS using IX-C62 IP phone.
Note:
SMS is not available on all servers. Contact your server administrator for more information.
To send a SMS via phone user interface
1. Press Menu –> Messages -> Text Message -> Set SMS.
2. Enter content of the SMS.
