1. Press Menu -> Features -> Hotline.
2. Enter the desired number in Number field.
3. Enter the delay time (seconds) in the Hotline Delay field.
4. Press Save soft key.
To configure the hotline number via web user interface:
1. Login the web GUI of IP phone.
2. Click on Setting -> Features -> Hotline.
3. Enter the desired number in Number field.
4. Enter the delay time (seconds) in the Hotline Delay field.
