Troubleshooting Guide
Install the provided software (EOS DIGITAL Solution Disk CD-ROM)
on the computer (p.456).
If [53: Wi-Fi] is set to [Enable], the camera cannot be connected to a
computer. Set [Wi-Fi] to [Disable], then connect the camera to the
computer with an interface cable.
Computer Connection Problems
I cannot transfer images to a personal computer.
